What payment methods do you accept?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been processed, we will try to help. Please email us as soon as possible at KaizenJiu-Jitsu@pm.me. However, there is no guarantee of a subsequent change.

Where do you ship?

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the product, availability, and destination country. More detailed information can be found at checkout or on the respective product page.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship carefully packaged. The shipping method may vary depending on the order volume and destination country.

Who is responsible for customs, taxes, or import fees?

For deliveries outside Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, or import costs may apply. These costs are borne by the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return products?

No. As Kaizen Jiu-Jitsu Brand products are from small series, there is no general right of return and no claim for a refund.

Can I exchange a product for a different size?

An exchange is only possible for a different size of the same item – if available.

What are the requirements for an exchange?

An exchange is only possible if all the following conditions are met:

  • Notification within 7 calendar days of delivery by email to KaizenJiu-Jitsu@pm.me
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in perfect original condition
  • Original tags are still attached to the item
  • Original packaging is fully present
  • The desired replacement item is available

Which items are excluded from exchange?

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, soiled, or are no longer in their original condition are excluded from exchange.

Who bears the cost of return shipping for an exchange?

The buyer bears the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Care

How do I properly wash my Kaizen products?

Always refer to the care label on the product. Generally, we recommend:

  • Wash inside out
  • Use low temperature
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron prints and embroideries directly

Why is proper care important?

Good care extends the product's lifespan and helps maintain its fit, color, prints, and embroideries for as long as possible.

Is Kaizen Jiu-Jitsu Brand sustainable?

We deliberately work with small series, durable products, and clear designs. Our goal is not quick mass production, but products that can be worn for a long time.

Why do you produce small quantities?

Small series help us better control quality, inventory, and brand image. This reduces unnecessary overproduction and aligns better with our philosophy.
